Spencer Fane Boosts Business Transactions Practice,Adds Partner in Salt Lake City – Spencer Fane

Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Spencer Topham joined the firm’s Salt Lake City office as a partner in the Corporate and Business Transactions practice group.

Spencer advises private equity sponsors, individuals, and businesses on a broad spectrum of complex, high-stakes business transactions to drive client growth and mitigate risk, including strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, debt and equity restructurings, and leveraged buyouts. He is also a trusted advisor to brands and content creators for negotiating influencer management, marketing, and related agreements. In addition to business transactions, Spencer provides counsel on a wide range of transactional matters, including commercial agreements and day-to-day operational issues, helping clients achieve their business objectives.

Spencer completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah before earning his Juris Doctor at Willamette University College of Law. Since 2022, he has been recognized by the prestigious Chambers USA for his successful corporate and M&A work.
