WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – The Coaches vs. Cancer Holiday Jam continuing at JCC on Monday, with 2 girls varsity games on the schedule.

In the early game, South Jeff met Massena in a Frontier League-NAC matchup.

1st quarter, Sophia Greco hits the 3-pointer from the corner, Massena by 4.

South Jeff answers, Brooke Perry drives the lane for the hoop and fouls, Spartans down 2.

Greco counters with another 3 ball, upping the Massena lead to 3.

Then it’s Madison LaDuke with the jumper that bangs home off glass, Massena by 7.

2nd quarter, Clara Staie connects for the Spartans.

South Jeff rallies to beat Massena 49-46.

In the late game, Harrisville tangled with Beaver River in another Frontier League-NAC meeting.

1st quarter, off the steal Jaelin Fayette lays in 2, Pirates by 8.

2nd quarter, Isabel Miller hits from long range, Harrisville up 13.

Beaver River answers, Aylea Bennett connects baseline, Beavers within 11.

Then it’s Ella St. Croix driving the lane for the layin, Beaver River down 9.

Miller gets the roll on the jumper in the paint.

Harrisville beats Beaver River 55-30.

NAC girls basketball Lisbon taking on Hermon-DeKalb.

Off the opening tap, Kylie Quinlan heads right to the hoop for two. Lisbon with the first lead.

Hannah Coller answers for the Demons, tying the game 2-2.

Lauren Holland’s free throw gives H-D the lead.

Sophia Walker dishes to Adia Richards for the bucket just inside the foul line. Lisbon on top 5-3.

Walker with a putback adds to lead.

Coller drives to the rack for two.

Hailey Brabaw beats the shot-clock buzzer with a three-pointer. Demons tie the game at 10-10.

Coller to Brabaw for a corner three. Hermon-DeKalb leads 16-12.

Golden Knights then go on a 12-point tear. Quinlan buries the three-ball, tying the game at 16-16.

Allison Bell with a fast break fed to Regan Pirie for the lead.

Bell pulls up and splashes the trifecta.

Lisbon goes on to beat Hermon-DeKalb 63-34.

On the boys side, a non-league contest in Dexter as General Brown hosted Skaneateles.

1st quarter, Drew Pauly gets the floater to fall in the lane, Lions by 1.

Then it’s Lucas Dupee with nothing but net on the 3 ball, General Brown down 3.

Dawson Foley connects on the trifecta from the wing, Lions down 4.

Brenden Lee goes hard to the tin for the bucket, General Brown down 2.

Foley goes over 2 defenders for the basket.

Lions fall to Skaneateles 77-43.

On the volleyball court, a non-league meeting at Watertown High as the Cyclones hosted Rome Free Academy.

The Cyclones would fall in straight sets by scores of 10-25, 19-25 and 12-25.

Anna Powell had 5 kills and 9 digs, Lila Adams chipped in with 11 assists and 4 points, and Nalyssia Weaver with 2 aces, 1 block, 2 kills, and 3 digs to lead the Cyclones.
