Initially opened in Penny Square by Marissa King, StudioYou recently underwent an ownership change and several new services will now be offered in the studio. Annie Tenpas, owner of the studio, recently held a ribbon cutting to introduce her staff to Milford.

“We have added fitness to the lineup of services offered by StudioYou through Elevate Sports Performance and Personal Training,” Tenpas said. “It is my hope to create an overall wellness experience. All services are by appointment and include health and wellness, mind and body, yoga and customized personal training.”

In addition to health and wellness services, StudioYou will also offer aesthetician, full hair, cryotherapy and infrared sauna services.

“I have been in fitness for over 10 years and homed in on sports performance to provide specialized programming to anyone’s fitness journey,” Tenpas said. “My passion is strength and mobility to correct muscular compensations that can lead to aches and pains.”

Joining Tenpas at the salon is Ricci who brings over 20 years of hair care expertise to Milford. Calling himself a “curl specialist,” Ricci states that he can help anyone with curly hair control their curls and teach them an easy hair regimen to keep those curls looking beautiful. Marlon also specializes in curls but also has a passion for eyelash extensions and permanent makeup.
