But here’s the game-changer: the new generation are putting their foot down. “Gen Z’s don’t want to do anything for less than they deserve, which is absolutely fair dues,” Alizé adds. Hustling is still part of the process, but knowing your value will help you carve out a fairer, more sustainable path.
