Superset Unveils New Fitness Programming Solution for Trainers

The new Freeform Workouts allows online fitness entrepreneurs the ability to program and deliver a mobile-friendly workout experience for clients

Superset World, a platform for fitness coaches and trainers, has unveiled Freeform Workouts, a spreadsheet-style interface that makes it easier for online fitness entrepreneurs to create and manage workouts like WODs, AMRAPs, EMOM, or custom plans.

In addition to enhancing client workout programming to include CrossFit, cardio, sport, skills, and rehab exercises, Freeform Workouts can also handle payments and check-ins.

“For years, coaches and practitioners have gravitated toward Google Sheets and Excel for programming workouts and rehab exercises, yet their clients suffer from a mobile experience that feels disjointed and difficult to use,” Superset CEO and co-founder Taylor Pemberton said. “Freeform Workouts unlocks an entirely new category in Superset Sheets, giving any coach, trainer or therapist the ability to program free form text in the same spreadsheet tool they love, all while providing a mobile-friendly experience for their clients.”

The NYC-based Superset also offers free coach resources such as an exercise video library, personal trainer learning resources, a personal trainer income calculator, a client fat loss calculator, a prenatal and postpartum template, client contracts, and more.
