Suspects rob one business, try to burglarize another in Cromwell
CROMWELL, CT – (WFSB) – Suspects robbed one business in Cromwell and tried to burglarize another on Monday morning.
According to Cromwell police, they responded to the All-Town gas station on West Street around 3:20 a.m.
“The suspects verbally threatened the clerk and stole items from within the store,” Cromwell police said. “The clerk was not injured as a result of the incident and the suspects fled the area.:
A short time later it was determined that the same suspects attempted to burglarize the Gulf Gas Station at 164 West St.
“The suspects were unable to gain entry to the gas station and fled the area in the same vehicle,” Cromwell police said.
Anyone with information about either incident was asked to contact Cromwell police.
