Rosemont’s Parkway Bank Park entertainment district will expand its dining offerings on Wednesday, Oct. 30 with the opening of Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar.
Fat Rosie’s Rosemont location will be open for lunch and dinner daily as well as offer a Sunday brunch from 10 a.m.to 3 p.m.
“Fat Rosie’s vibrant atmosphere, exceptional Mexican cuisine and commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience make it the perfect addition to Parkway Bank Park entertainment district and Rosemont’s growing restaurant scene,” said Rosemont Mayor Brad Stephens. “We are excited for residents and visitors alike to enjoy all they have to offer.”
The 7,000 sq. ft. restaurant will be located in the space occupied for many years by Park Tavern which closed on New Year’s Day.
