OMAHA, Neb. − Tennessee baseball is one game away from a national championship.

No. 1 Tennessee (59-13) faces No. 3 Texas A&M (53-14) on Monday (7 p.m. ET, ESPN) in the final game of the College World Series final at Charles Schwab Field. The Vols lost 9-5 in the opener Saturday then won the second game 4-1 on Sunday.

The Vols have never won 60 games in a season before and no SEC team has ever reached the 60-win mark.

Tennessee has hit 182 home runs, which is the second most in a season in NCAA history. It trails 1997 LSU, which hit 188 homers.

Dylan Dreiling continues to be very productive, hitting a two-out bloop double that spins away from a Texas A&M outfielder. But Hunter Ensley flies out to right field to end the inning. Vols offense hasn’t quite put this game away yet despite the Zander Sechrist gem in-progress.

Zander Sechrist strikes out the side in the A&M 5th as he continues to pitch well in the postseason. Nate Snead is likely the next pitcher up for the Vols, Tony Vitello tells ESPN in between innings, and that time is coming up soon. Snead was throwing during that inning in the bullpen.

Vols are retired in order against Aggies pitcher Josh Stewart. The Aggies will likely look for at least another inning for Stewart before turning to Evan Aschenbeck unless the Vols can put up a big inning.

Ted Burton walks and steals second base, but the Aggies can’t score him against Zander Sechrist.

Sechrist has been very good so far, allowing a run on four hits with a walk and three strikeouts in 63 pitches.

Blake Burke doubles to center to lead off the UT 3rd, moves to third base on a flyout and scores on a RBI sacrifice fly by Dylan Dreiling.

Back-to-back singles knocks out Aggies starter Justin Lamkin, and Dean Curley drives in Hunter Ensley with a RBI single.

Aggies No. 9 hitter Travis Chesnut bunts with two strikes and reaches, moving to second base after Cal Stark’s throw gets past Blake Burke. Chesnut then steals third base and scores on a RBI single by Gavin Grahovac.

Zander Sechrist gets a double play to end the inning. The Vols defense has been good at times, especially in the outfield, but it also has aided the Aggies with runs in Game 1 and Game 3.

Cal Stark works a two-out walk, but Christian Moore pops out in foul territory to end the inning.

Zander Sechrist works around a leadoff single with a couple flyouts and a strikeout.

Aggies starter Justin Lamkin gets ahead of Christian Moore in the count, but Moore lines a 1-2 pitch down the left-field line and into the bullpen for a solo home run. Vols lead 1-0. Big-time start for the Tennessee star.

Blake Burke singles and Dylan Dreiling walks, but the Vols cannot get another run across.

Tennessee is the home team tonight. Zander Sechrist throws the first pitch at 7:09 p.m. ET, a strike to Gavin Grahovac.

Grahovac flies out to right field for the first out. The wind is blowing in at points, so it could impact fly balls tonight.

Sechrist works a 1-2-3 inning as the Vols look to take an early lead.

Christian Moore is in his usual position and spot in the lineup. Cannon Peebles is at DH and will bat 8th, with Hunter Ensley in centerfield. Zander Sechrist will start.

The lineup:

1: Christian Moore (2B)

2: Blake Burke (1B)

3: Billy Amick (3B)

4: Dylan Dreiling (LF)

5: Hunter Ensley (CF)

6: Kavares Tears (RF)

7: Dean Curley (SS)

8: Cannon Peebles (DH)

9: Cal Stark (C)

Starting pitcher: Zander Sechrist
