Thousands will descend upon Old Colorado City this Memorial Day weekend for Territory Days, the longstanding, annual street festival featuring unique vendors, delicious food, beer gardens, live music and more.
The popular three-day event, which spans about four city blocks, will run this Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., and also on Monday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Here’s what to know before heading out to OCC for the free event.
Parking
Free shuttles to the event will be available at the following locations:
- Colorado Springs C.A.B. Garage at 130 S. Nevada Ave. (parking rate charged by city is $1 per hour in this garage)
- 130 S. Nevada Ave.
The shuttles will run from 10:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. on Sat. and Sun., and from 10:30 a.m. to 5:25 p.m. on Mon. For more info and complimentary handicapped parking info, click here.
Note: There will not be a shuttle or parking available at Coronado High School this year.
New VIP parking passes are available for $25 per car per day and are limited to 140 passes per day. The VIP parking lot is located at Colorado Springs Shrine Club at 6 S. 33rd St. Complimentary “luxury” coach rides will be available to and from the event. Street parking is also an option but is typically limited near the event.
Entertainment for families
Territory Days will have a multitude of activities for the kiddos to enjoy. Here are a few offerings:

Food & drink
Part of the fun of Territory Days is indulging in delicious street food. Here are a few offerings you can expect to try this year:
Food
Turkey Legs, chicken sandwiches, smoked brisket, pulled pork, corn dogs, pizza, gyros, corn/elote, tacos, ribbon fries, crawfish boil, alligator on a stick
Sweet treats
Funnel cakes, kettle corn, ice cream, crepes, Italian ice, baked goods, shortcakes, soft pretzels, shaved ice, mini donuts, cotton candy
Drinks
Lemonade, fresh fruit smoothies, root beer, aguas frescas, mocktails. There will also be a beer garden to the west of Bancroft Park, and another across from Jack and Telly’s Greek Taverna.
Live music
Music fans will be able to enjoy live music from 27 bands at three different stages during the annual festival. This year’s headliner is Dillon Carmichael, who is set to take the Bancroft Park Stage at 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, May 27.

Native Village – New
The Seven Falls Indian Dancers will perform each day at the Native Village located at Colorado Ave. and 25th St. The dance troupe formed in 1985 and has performed at Seven Falls for 29 years.
