Texas man arrested after allegedly burglarizing Biloxi business

BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) – On Friday, officials with Biloxi Police Department announced the arrest of 26-year-old Ryan Chase Diamco of Halletsville, Texas.

The initial incident took place on Wednesday after employees of a business in the 100 block of Rue Magnolia arrived at work and found an unknown person, later identified as Diamco, inside the building. Diamco told the employees he had permission to be there, but left the property shortly after being confronted.

Video surveillance was reviewed and Diamco could be seen taking multiple items from inside the building and away from the property. It was also found that he did not have permission to be on the property.

He returned to the business later that day, leading to employees flagging down an officer in the area. Diamco was then arrested without incident and charged with commercial burglary and has since been taken to the Harrison County Adult Detention Center to be held on a $20,000 bond.

Those with information on this incident are urged to contact Biloxi PD Criminal Investigations at 228-435-6112 or Crime Stoppers at 877-787-5898.
