The Women’s Health Flex Challenge Will Transform Your Body—And It’s Customizable To Your Goals

Movement is entirely personal. To hit your fitness goals, you need to pinpoint the equipment and modalities that keep you coming back and the coaches that make you feel motivated and seen.

Herein lies the magic of the Women’s Health Flex Challenge—our most flexible and individualized workout challenge to date. Instead of offering a single program for all, this year’s challenge features three different goal tracks and five powerhouse fitness coaches (yes, you read that right!): Hannah Bower, Ajahzi Gardner, Jenna de León, Adriene Mishler, and Danyele Wilson. Each woman brings a special skill set and expertise so that you can unlock your motivation and grit, and achieve the workout wins you actually care about. Keyword: you.

(Bonus: The WH Flex Challenge is free for WH+ members!)

Each of our five fitness stars leads a follow-along workout video that can be mixed and matched and stacked together to ladder up to multiple badass goals—from gaining muscle to chiseling your core to boosting your aerobic capacity. (We’ll give you three different schedules to pick from—keep scrolling to select your track.)

This is your chance to finally zero in on the fitness goal *you* care about (even if your workout buddy doesn’t!). To discover a totally new modality. To hold that plank longer than you ever have. To squat heavier than you did as a high school athlete. To vibe with a trainer you didn’t even know was out there. To unlock a stronger, more motivated you.

Sign up for WH+ now to access the complete WH Flex Challenge and all five workout videos—as well as tons of other exclusive perks.

The Workouts

What Makes The Flex Challenge Different

Let’s face it: Most fitness programs offer a one-size-fits-all schedule, making the assumption that we all share the same workout aspirations. That’s why, instead of the usual cookie-cutter approach, the 2025 WH Flex Challenge is designed to let you customize your journey by choosing one of three (!) tracks that aligns with your unique fitness goals:

  1. Increase lean muscle mass with the Muscle Maker track
  2. Strengthen your core with the Abs Enthusiast track
  3. Boost endurance with the Cardio Builder track

On each track, you will follow a weekly workout schedule (that you should repeat for a minimum of four weeks for max results) designed for that specific goal. But you’ll still get to experience workouts with all five of our incredible coaches. So no matter which challenge route you choose, you’ll get a taste of each trainer’s personal style—from empowering high-intensity strength sessions to short-and-sweaty core circuits—all designed to keep you engaged and motivated every step of the way.
