This is officially the best steak restaurant in the world
Whether you’re a simp for some sirloin or more of a rib-eye guy, most carnivores out there will have their favourite cut of steak.
Many more will also have their favourite restaurant – and there’s plenty out there to choose from. But if you’re just looking for a new place to try, or you’re someone who’s recently shed their vegetarian title, the World’s Best Steaks have just announced their roundup for 2024.
And the winner? It’s Parrilla Don Julio, a steak restaurant in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires. This place is a champion of great cuts of cattle, of course, but its menu also features vibrant local dishes and an expertly-curated wine list to match – yum.
Eight restaurants in London (such as Dorian, Aragawa and Lutyens Grill) and New York (including Cote, Beefbar and Gallaghers) made the top 101. Margaret in Sydney came in third place, but five other restaurants from the Australian city made the ranks, too, such as Bistecca and Kingsleys.
