Three Broadway shows coming to Honolulu

HONOLULU — Three Broadway shows will come to the Neal S. Blaisdell Concert Hall in early 2025: Tina, Six, and Chicago.

MagicSpace Entertainment will bring the Broadway productions to Hawaii, with Tina and Six appearing for the first time in the islands.

The productions will take place at the Blaisdell Concert Hall after renovations are completed.

“We extend a warm mahalo to Steve Boulay and the MagicSpace Entertainment team for commemorating the reopening of the Neal S. Blaisdell Concert Hall with the return of a full season of Broadway in Hawaii,” said Mayor Rick Blangiardi in a statement.

The City’s Department of Design and Construction spearheaded the 20-month long, $8.9 million renovations, which will improve and modernize the roof and back-of-house areas, including new dressing rooms, electrical and lighting upgrades, and a new fire suppression system.

Other renovations will take place in the Concert Hall front-of-house and exterior public spaces over the next five years.

Below are details about the musicals coming to Hawaii:
