Tower Hill at 38th annual Cochecho Arts Festival
What: Tower Hill is a fun and dynamic pop and rock cover band based out of Brockton, Massachusetts. From Elvis Presley to Katy Perry, Tower Hill covers all your bases.

‘Wish’: Free family movie night
What: “Wish” with pre-movie entertainment of a Teddy Bear Picnic & Tea Party and preview of Rochester Opera House, “Beauty & The Beast” cast visits, raffles and giveaways.
