For nearly a year, Air France customers have had the convenience of dropping off and checking in their baggage at various locations in Paris and its surrounding regions before even arriving at the airport. Now, Air France is introducing a new service that delivers baggage to an address in the greater Paris area upon the arrival of their flight.

These optional services are provided in partnership with Alltheway, which offers secure baggage storage and transfer services to and from the airport. This allows customers to travel lighter and with greater peace of mind, both before and after their trip, without the hassle of managing their baggage.

New Baggage Delivery Service on Arrival

With Alltheway, Air France now offers a new option for customers to have their checked baggage delivered upon their flight’s arrival at Paris-Charles de Gaulle. Alltheway collects the baggage directly from the carousel in the arrivals hall and delivers it to the customer’s home or chosen location in Paris or its surrounding region.

Alltheway agents manage the entire process, ensuring the security of the baggage while coordinating with customs authorities. Customers can track their baggage at every step. This service eliminates the need to wait for baggage on arrival, allowing travelers to retrieve their bags directly at their home or hotel.

Baggage is delivered within 6 to 12 hours after the flight’s arrival, depending on the pickup location and the customer’s preference, starting at 65 euros for two bags, with an additional cost of 15 euros per extra bag. This service is available for all flights operated by Air France arriving at Paris-Charles de Gaulle.

Accessible Baggage Drop-Off Points Before Departure

Before departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Paris-Orly, Air France customers can drop off and check in their baggage directly from their home or chosen address, or at one of the numerous available drop-off points.

This summer, new baggage drop-off points have been added in strategic and easily accessible locations in Paris and the surrounding areas. These include Gare du Nord train station, the Wojo coworking space near Saint Lazare train station, and the New York hotel at Disneyland Paris.

These new drop-off points complement existing ones at six ACCOR hotels: Novotel Tour Eiffel, Mercure Tour Eiffel, Novotel Les Halles, Pullman La Défense, Pullman Bercy, and Novotel Paris-Est. Additionally, baggage drop-off is available at major trade fair locations like Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Villepinte Exhibition Centre, and the Palais des Congrès convention center.

Alltheway handles customers’ baggage at these convenient drop-off points and delivers them directly to the airline’s check-in desk at the airport. The baggage undergoes stringent security checks at every stage before being loaded onto the customer’s flight. Customers can track their baggage in real-time from their Alltheway personal account.

This service is available from 30 hours up to 5 hours before the flight’s departure, depending on the drop-off location, and costs 25 euros for one bag, with an additional 15 euros per extra bag. It is available for all Air France flights departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly, except flights to Tel Aviv.
