Tyra Banks closes out Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2024 in a bedazzled bra and corset

Tyra Banks closed out the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Tuesday in a show-stopping outfit.

Banks, 50, emerged from below the stage and took the catwalk by storm, strutting her stuff in a black bedazzled bra and corset with sparkly black leggings to match.

The midsection of her ensemble was emblazoned with silver jewels and her look was topped off with a flowing metallic jacket.

The model waved the lengthy fabric around as she encouraged those in the audience to join her in clapping and celebrating.

Meanwhile, the rest of the show’s models — including Adriana Lima, Ashley Graham, Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, Kate Moss, Barbara Palvin, Taylor Hill and more — walked in a group behind Banks.

Appropriately, pink confetti fell from the sky.

The former “America’s Next Top Model” host told TikTok star Tefi Pessoa backstage before the show, “The moment I retired — not because it was over; it was the outfit. It was red, I had all the medals, I had the scepter. It just felt so good. I loved that moment.”

The supermodel returned to the iconic show after taking a nearly 20 year hiatus, previously appearing in 2005.

Victoria’s Secret shared the iconic announcement in a cheeky Instagram video with fellow model Gigi in September.

Prior to her grand return, Banks shared a photo of her from her last show where she expressed her excitement.

“You are… Never too young to SMiZE,” she captioned the post on Monday. “Never too old to DREAM. And I hope you’ll be doing both with me tomorrow when I rock that @victoriassecret runway again after almost 20 years!

“As I walk, think about YOUR dreams, what YOU want to accomplish. That thing you’ve been doubting about yourself. That thing you’re not sure you are confident enough to accomplish,” she continued.

Banks encouraged her followers to “not ever stop DREAMING” and said she’ll see everyone on Tuesday for the big night.

The “Life-Size” actress made history as the first African American woman chosen to cover the Victoria’s Secret catalog and later walked her first runway show in 1996 before strutting her stuff in a total of eight more.

Banks joined a slew of other famous models to hit the coveted fashion show, which returned after a five-year hiatus.

A revamped version of the show returned last year after it was canceled in 2019 amid criticism that the show and the company’s products were not inclusive.

However, today’s runway marks the first time in five years that it reverted back to the show’s traditional catwalk format, which aired on network television for nearly 20 years before finding it’s place on Prime Video.

A spokesperson told Page Six in May that Tuesday’s show would “deliver precisely what our customers have been asking for — the glamour, runway, fashion, fun, wings, entertainment — all through a powerful, modern lens reflecting who we are today.”
