UFC Vegas 95 Predictions & Best Bets
After a couple of solid Fight Night cards abroad (Manchester and Abu Dhabi), the UFC is back home this Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. So you know what level of fight card we have in store for us. At least we’ll win money on it. Here are my UFC Vegas 95 predictions and best bets.

UFC Vegas 95 Predictions & Best Bets
Marcin Tybura (+142) vs. Serghei Spivak
We get a rematch no one wanted in our main event – a heavyweight one no less. When Poland’s Marcin Tybura faced Moldovian Serghei Spivak for the first time in February 2020, the Polish fighter won by unanimous decision. Now he finds himself an underdog in the rematch?!
Tybura is my pick. Not only does the winner of the first fight tend to win the rematch historically, but Tybura’s strong overall game and solid (heavyweight) cardio remain a bad matchup for Spivak.
Chepe Mariscal (-220) vs. damon Jackson
‘Machine Gun’ Chepe Mariscal has turned heads since joining the UFC, winning all three of his fights, part of a six-fight winning streak. Now, he gets a step up in competition against veteran Damon Jackson on Saturday.
I think Mariscal will have the advantage on the feet (hence the nickname) against the grappling-centric Jackson. He is the better, more powerful, and more active striker of the two. He’s also four years younger, which always helps.
chris Gutierrez (-530) vs. Quang Le
The debuting Quang Le is a very solid fighter – don’t let these lopsided odds fool you otherwise. However, he’s making his UFC debut here on less than a week’s notice. And Chris Gutierrez is a tough ask on a good day.
‘El Guapo’ is impossible to finish and is incredibly experienced – much more so than Le. Gutierrez is going to make this a dogfight and wear out the newcomer, testing his cardio on a shortened fight camp.
Charalampos Grigoriou (-225) vs. Toshiomi Kazama
I’m not just picking Charalampos Grigoriou to flex that I know how to spell ‘Charalampos Grigoriou’ (I can pronounce it, too!), but he’s also in a very good matchup against fellow bantamweight Toshiomi Kazama.
‘The Ferocious’ Grigoriou has ended six of his eight career wins via knockout. He’s also won four of his last five fights. And Kazama has been knocked out in two straight. I smell a knockout win here.
Karol Rosa (-200) vs. Pannie Kianzad
Pannie Kianzad has not looked good in the cage for quite a while, losing two straight and three of her last four (the last time she had her hand raised was April 2022). Meanwhile, Karol Rosa has swapped wins and losses back and forth over her last five contests, losing her last fight (so she’s due, right?!).
The main point is that Rosa is a much better all-around fighter than Kianzad. This is especially true in the grappling department, which is what she should lean on to win this fight on Saturday.
