USA Cycling Announces 2024 BMX Freestyle World… | USA Cycling
The 2024 UCI Urban Cycling World Championships will be back in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates December 17-21.
The BMX Freestyle team is set to cap off the Olympic year at the World Championships this December. Hannah Roberts (Buchanan, Mich.; Hyper BMX), a five-time World Champion, will be back to contend for her sixth world title. She’ll be joined by Angie Marino (Buffalo, N.Y.; Cult Crew) and Cory Coffey (Detroit, Mich.; Garden of Life), completing the women’s lineup.
Leading the men’s team are Nick Bruce (Youngstown, Ohio; DK Bicycles) and Justin Dowell (Virginia Beach, Va.; Hyper BMX), both previous World Championship medalists. Bryce Tryon (Lodi, Calif.; Free Agent Bikes) will join the squad, alongside Brady Baker (Lake Havasu City, Ariz.; Hyper BMX) and Kaden Stone (Lake Elsinore, Calif.; Free Agent Bikes), who will make their World Championship debuts.
