Victim in fatal shooting outside shopping center identified
SAN ANTONIO – A victim in the fatal shooting at a North Side shopping center on Sunday has been identified.
One of the two men killed in a shooting early Sunday at the Park North Shopping Center has been identified as 22-year-old Jonyai Lavaughn Napoleon.
Authorities said that Napoleon died as a result of a gunshot wound, and his death has been ruled a homicide.
The identity of the second victim has yet to be released.

Around 2 a.m. on Sunday, San Antonio Police responded to a shooting at the Park North Shopping Center.
When police arrived, two men in their twenties were found with gunshot wounds. Despite the best efforts of EMS, both men were pronounced dead at the scene.
Security at the nearby Alamo Draft House reported seeing two men flee the scene, and everyone else in the area dispersed after police arrived.
The shooting is being investigated by the San Antonio Police Department’s Homicide Unit.
