“Dear Members,

Please read the latest update below on our approach to ending theft in our Men’s Locker Room.

We asked for your input and appreciate your quick response. Although our approach is both legal and proven to catch and deter theft, the bottom line is that you are uncomfortable with it. This is your club, and your input is paramount. We will not have video surveillance of the sink area and walkway in the Men’s Locker Room. We will still have security cameras at the entrance to the locker rooms, but nothing that captures anything in the locker room itself.

The fact remains that people are stealing property in the Men’s Locker Room, and we need your help. Please securely lock up your belongings in a locker with a quality key lock (e.g., padlock). Also, please report any suspicious activity to the Manager-on-Duty immediately.

We will also be stepping up our enforcement with regular walkthroughs and by staffing locker room attendants.
