Visa, Qashio join forces on B2B travel payments
Visa has collaborated with spend management solutions provider Qashio to launch a B2B travel payments solution, according to a press release posted on Zawya.
This new Visa Commercial Choice Travel programme leverages Visa payment infrastructure.
It is said to support the travel industry across the UAE, MENA, Europe, and the UK, with Visa allocating over AED 100m for the programme’s expansion in the coming years.
The solution will empower travel companies to obtain Qashio cards, facilitating transactions in multiple currencies such as AED, SAR, USD, EUR, and GBP, all issued from the UAE.
It is integrated with global travel management companies and their booking tools, including global distribution systems (GDS) to ensure secure travel booking and payments.
The aim is to simplify operational complexities, lower expenses, and assist companies in managing their travel payments.
