VisitBritain has revamped its travel advisor training, BritAgent Pro Sales Companion.
VisitBritain partnered with TravPro Mobile to relaunch the program. It is mobile-friendly.
The training program consists of four chapters on attractions, accommodations, events and experiences in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Advisors who complete it will be certified as BritAgent Pros and have access to tools that enable promoting and selling the U.K. It includes resources like itineraries and destination guides.
BritAgent Pro Sales Companion is available in the App Store and Google Play and through TravPro Mobile’s app, TheSource.
Carl Walsh, VisitBritain’s senior vice president of the U.S., said the revamped program offers “updated and enhanced training resources” as well as “cutting-edge tools.”
“We recognize the importance of equipping our travel partners with these resources, and we’re excited to see the positive impact this will have on driving more business to Britain,” Walsh said.
