Warner announces 5 million manufacturing investment bringing hundreds of jobs to Va.

Senator Mark Warner announced that the Department of Commerce has signed a preliminary agreement for up to $275 million in federal funding for Micron Technology to expand and update its manufacturing facility in Manassas.

Warner’s office says this funding would create almost 950 construction jobs and over 400 manufacturing jobs.
