Terri Morgan is in her element as she prepares for one of the biggest events of the season—Fashion Week at The Bellevue Collection.

As a fashion show producer and owner of TCM Models and Talent, Morgan meticulously coordinates every detail, from selecting the latest trends to collaborating with teams for decor, lighting, and media. Months of planning culminate in a spectacular show, with 100% of ticket sales benefitting local nonprofits WWIN and KidsQuest Children’s Museum.

Despite the chaos of last-minute adjustments, Morgan thrives under pressure, ensuring everything comes together seamlessly. And when it does, Morgan takes a moment to soak it in, then jumps into planning for next season.

“That’s the fun thing about it,” Morgan says. “Every year, fashion changes, and I feel such a sense of accomplishment when we get done… and how it all comes together. And then the brain just starts working out, okay, what are we going to do next year?”
