The Australian founder of multi-million dollar fitness empire Sweat filmed herself seasoning the canned tuna with chilli flakes, dill, olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt.

The mum-of-two then squeezed lemon juice over the avocado slices.

To create the snack, she spooned a generous amount of the tuna mixture over the crispbreads, followed by avocado and cucumbers.

“This is the five-minute snack I have on REPEAT,” Itsines said in her Instagram post.

“You can up the toppings and seasonings to suit your preferences and/or dietary requirements.

“So good and so easy.”

In the video, she opted for dried dill to make the snack — but she urged her 15.9 million followers to use the fresh version instead because it tastes better.

“Try and get fresh dill if you can, I only had dried and it wasn’t it,” she said.

Forbes Australia reported Itsines and her now ex-fiancé Tobi Pearce were valued at about $170 million each in 2023.
