There’s been a lot of talk about Samsung’s efforts to modernize its proprietary Android skin, leading up to the release of the One UI 7.0 beta update. Well, now it’s here, and we can finally take a look at One UI 7.0 and One UI 6.1.1 side-by-side.

In our new YouTube video, which you can watch below, we showcase all the key differences between the new One UI 7.0 update and its predecessor, One UI 6.1.1.

We overview aesthetic and functional changes, from the new icon packs, fonts, and app design to the complete overhaul of the quick toggle and notification areas, as well as the Camera app UI.

There are also changes around the app drawer, widgets, and the lock screen. Plus, One UI 7.0 brings a brand-new feature called the Now Bar, which is a pretty big deal.
