Yellowstone has returned for its next and purported final batch of episodes, and if you’ve tried to tune in at all, you know that the viewing options are a bit complicated, especially for those without cable.
The contemporary Western airs on the Paramount Network on Sunday nights in the US and doesn’t currently have a next-day streaming home. Past episodes of Yellowstone can be found on Peacock (not Paramount Plus), but the latest episodes most likely won’t land there until after the season has finished airing, so watching live has become an important factor in streaming Yellowstone.
Below, we’ve outlined some of the best ways to watch Yellowstone live without cable, including the cheapest option available. For additional information about streaming the series, make sure to bookmark our guide on where to watch Yellowstone.
The cheapest way to watch Yellowstone live
The cheapest way to watch new episodes of Yellowstone live is through Philo, one of the most affordable live streaming packages out there and the least expensive way to watch the Paramount Network. Subscriptions cost $28/month and come with a one-week free trial, so you can try it out before committing to make sure it’s right for you. Philo is a month-to-month service, so you can cancel at any time. Philo has one paid plan, which carries about 70 other live channels, including AMC, MTV, and Lifetime.
Philo TV
If you want your streaming service to cost less per month than a single trip for the family to Starbucks, Philo is made with you in mind. It features over 70 channels for just $28 a month, but it is missing popular sports and local networks.
Other ways to watch Yellowstone live
You can also watch the Paramount Network through other top live streaming packages, including Sling TV (with the Entertainment Extra add-on), Fubo, and DirecTV Stream. They’ll cost you $51, $80, and $87 monthly, respectively. These month-to-month options offer more variety and have channels similar to standard cable packages, so they’re a bit more expensive. Like Philo, all three options have introductory offers. Sling will knock about $20 off your first month of service, while DirecTV and Fubo have free trials. Fubo will also discount your first month of service by $20 if you decide to hang onto a subscription after the free trial.
Sling TV Subscription
For just the essentials without any extra fluff, Sling TV is the streaming service you’re looking for. It’s more customizable than other plans, with three options you can choose from, so you pay for only what you need. New members get their first month for half-off.
Fubo Pro Plan
Fubo is the streaming service for sports fans. Its huge library of channels includes regional and international sports leagues, setting it apart from the competition. You can also tack on additional programming to your plan, but it’ll cost you extra.
DirecTV Stream
Previously known as AT&T TV, DirecTV Stream offers streaming access to a large selection of live channels, including most key networks typically found in traditional cable packages.
