When is ‘Mr. McMahon’ coming out on Netflix? Trailer, cast and release date

A new Netflix docuseries, Mr. McMahon, offers up a comprehensive profile of Vince McMahon, the controversial co-founder and former chief of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE).

“A deep dive into McMahon’s life”

Promising an “unflinching, no-holds-barred look at one of the most enigmatic figures in sports entertainment”, Netflix’s official synopsis reads: “From his transformation of the WWE from a small, regional business into a global entertainment powerhouse to the explosive sexual misconduct allegations that led to his eventual resignation, this six-episode series offers a deep dive into McMahon’s life and his enduring franchise.”

Directed by Chris Smith, the six-part series includes over 200 hours of interviews with McMahon himself from before his resignation, and sits down with other major WWE names such as Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Hulk Hogan and John Cena. The filmmakers also speak to members of McMahon’s family, business associates, and journalists who covered the 79-year-old’s rise and fall.
