Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Providence Equity Partners (Providence) on its sale of Superstruct Entertainment (Superstruct) to leading global investment firm KKR.

The portfolio includes some of Europe’s most popular and high-quality festivals, such as Wacken Open Air, Defqon.1, Parookaville, Sziget, Tinderbox, Boardmasters and Sónar.
