WinTech acquires Randolph County business

POCAHONTAS, Ark. (KAIT/Edited News Release) – WinTech, a provider of materials to the construction industry, recently announced the acquisition of 100% of the stock of Pocahontas Aluminum Company, a window and door manufacturer based in Pocahontas.

The acquisition, effective May 9, 2024, marks a significant milestone in WinTech’s strategic growth initiatives and underscores the company’s commitment to expanding its market presence and fostering further growth for the benefit of the employee-owners.

Pocahontas Aluminum Company, established in 1963, has built a strong reputation for excellence in the modular home, food truck, deer blind, and other industries, serving customers with dedication and integrity for over six decades.

Pocahontas Aluminum Company has been a cornerstone of the Pocahontas community, contributing to local economic growth.
