Zyler wins retail tech award for AI-powered virtual fashion try-on | Retail Tech News UK

Anthropics Technology, a specialist in fashion-fit solutions, has announced that its AI-powered virtual try-on brand, Zyler, has won a prestigious Retail Systems award at the annual event held in London. Zyler clinched the ‘Best Use of Augmented or Virtual Reality’ category and was also a finalist in several other categories, including ‘Customer Experience Innovation of the Year,’ ‘E-commerce Solution of the Year,’ and ‘Most Disruptive Retail Technology.’

The award recognized Zyler for its transformative impact on the fashion industry, highlighting its ability to enhance customers’ online shopping experiences.

Launched in autumn 2022, Zyler’s virtual fitting technology aims to empower businesses to thrive in the digital marketplace by allowing customers to see how clothes will look on them before making a purchase.

Last summer, John Lewis adopted the system for its fashion rental offer, making it available across 750 items. By October, John Lewis reported that over 30% of sales on its Fashion Rental site were attributed to Zyler’s visualization tool.

In March, Anthropics expanded Zyler into the menswear sector, and a month later, retailer Moss began trialing the system, initially for its formalwear offerings.
